Helpful Resources for Individuals, Congregations and Conferences
The United Church of Christ participates as an active member of the Eco-Justice Working Group of the National Council of Churches of Christ. For several years, Justice and Witness Ministries has looked to the NCC to develop resources and formulate positions on many topics related to environmental and eco-justice themes. The website for NCC's Eco-Justice Programs has a variety of information and announcements. The resources section of that website has links to many downloadable resources for worship and education. The Web of Creation is an ecumenical website that is a great starting place for those who want to develop environmental programs for churches.

Earth Ministry has worship aids and sermon resources. Web of Creation has an extensive set of worship resources The Uniting Church of Australia has formulated plans and resources for an annual Season of Creation for the four Sundays in September. Web of Creation has suggestions for adapting the Australian resources to a US context. The Eco-Justice Program of the National Council of Churches has a collection of Earth Day resources for worship and advocacy. Materials from previous years are available as well as those for the current year.
Eco-Justice Ministries has an extensive set of Eco-Curriculum Reviews. These reviews describe 60+ curricula for children, youth and adults.
The Environment and Energy Task Force is related to the national United Church of Christ. We note especially the following programs and resources from our denomination:
